Sylvana & Adrian’s Stylish, Eclectic Wedding

Meet this month’s very fabulous bride & groom, Sylvana & Adrian. Their contemporary, elegant wedding in August had a distinctly international flavour and was full of personal little touches that reflected who they are as couple – including a beautiful traditional Asian tea ceremony.

The couple brought together friends & family from all over the world (check out their incredible creative table plan below!) to their stunning reception at Wentworth Club Surrey.

They hired The Milestones of Motown, Disco, Funk & Soul to entertain them and their guests, and here the couple tell us why the band was a real highlight of their day…

“Everyone kept asking me in the run up to the wedding what part was I most excited about, I kept telling them the band! Myself and Adrian’s tastes are very eclectic so our range of music was quite broad but The Milestones managed it perfectly making sure everything was played with a bit of funk which I loved”.

“The band really committed to playing our first dance song (which wasn’t in their repertoire, but was put together very well considering, trumpet and all!) and all the other songs I had asked them to play on the night.

All I can remember is dancing pretty much the whole evening! Our photographer mentioned at the end of the day that we were the most ‘active’ couple that she’d photographed!”

“The Milestones are very talented and really got the party started, we had lots of compliments about them. Wish they could have stayed all night. We enjoyed having them and would love to book them again in the future! Thank you for making the booking process so easy and for all your help in the run up to the day”.
